After x rays’ analysis of our accurate x rays analysis for structural issues, method based on the Gonstead approach) then we provide a plan of care and explain to the patients the structural issues going on based on the findings and how these can alter or affect his/her health in the long road if left untreated.
We are all about objective evidence and that is what is about the flexion and extension studies, we do perform DXD reports that provide all the guidelines from the American Medical Association, this report is a powerful evidence for ligament damage from the anterior and posterior longitudinal ligaments.
We send patients for MRI to completely rule in/out discal damage. So more objective evidence is for any case, we do seek weight bearing MRI for the lumbar spine as ideal.
In terms of our operation, we have extended hours until 7 pm some days and some Saturdays also we are open, we do offer axial vertebral spinal decompression, Shockwave, cervical traction, Neuromuscular reeducation and retraining of postural muscles, exercises for chronic stages, mechanical traction, cryotherapy, e-stim, manual therapy, and equipment such as Ankle Brace, Knee brace, Lumbar Brace, Posture Corrector, elbow and wrist brace, neck orthosis, etc. that can help our patients the most in the recovery to “pre accident status”.
